Itinerary – 2 Days of Stargazing, Camping & Cosmic Adventure
Day 1 – Journey to the Stars
Start your adventure as we head from Mumbai toward Bhandardara, a quiet village known for its crystal-clear night skies.
Participants can board our comfortable, air-conditioned bus from the following pickup points:

5:00 – 6:00 PM – Arrive and explore the campsite; get familiar with the telescopes during a short setup workshop.
6:30 – 7:00 PM – Meet fellow participants over tea and snacks.
7:00 – 8:00 PM – Interactive astronomy presentation — learn how to identify stars, planets, and constellations.
8:00 – 8:30 PM – Naked-eye sky orientation session.
8:30 – 9:30 PM – Telescope setup and first sky observation: spot craters on the Moon, rings of Saturn, and distant nebulae.
9:30 – 10:30 PM – Dinner break under the stars.
10:30 – 11:30 PM – Deep-sky observation: explore Messier objects and galaxies through our telescopes.
11:30 PM – 1:30 AM – Continue observing, photographing, or simply enjoying the view.
1:30 – 4:00 AM – Rest or join our late-night astrophotography session.
Day 2 – Sunrise and Farewell
7:00 AM – Wake-up call and freshen up.
7:30 – 8:30 AM – Enjoy a calm morning by the lakeside and watch the sunrise over the hills.
8:30 – 9:30 AM – Have breakfast, share stories, and capture those last few pictures.
9:30 – 10:00 AM – Depart for Mumbai with memories, new friends, and a heart full of stars.

During special astronomical events — such as meteor showers, lunar eclipses, or planetary conjunctions — our team curates exclusive observation sessions and presentations. These highlights are seamlessly added to the schedule to make each “Date with the Universe” experience unique.

What’s Included in Your Stargazing Experience
Your registration includes everything you need for a comfortable and memorable astronomy weekend:
- Tent stay, on a twin-sharing basis (clean, secure, and cozy).

- Stargazing session with telescopes guided by experienced astronomers.
- Evening snacks, a delicious homemade dinner (veg or non-veg), and breakfast the next morning.
- Unlimited tea and refreshments throughout the night to keep you awake and stargazing.
- Round-trip AC transport from Mumbai (for participants who book with transportation).
- A souvenir gift as a token of love from the Infinite.AU team.

To keep things transparent, here’s what’s not part of the package:
- Any personal expenses or meals not mentioned above.
- Travel arrangements for those not opting for the transport package.
- Optional add-ons like astrophotography gear or personal telescope setups.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we get it. Here’s how refunds and reschedules work:
- 7 days or more before departure: 2% cancellation fee.
- 3 to 6 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee.
- 24–48 hours before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- No-show:No refund.
If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances — such as rain, bad weather, or travel restrictions — participants can choose between a full refund or a credit voucher valid for six months toward any Infinite.AU event.
